The machine including two main parts is punching machine and Forming machine. Line 1.Punching machine:it uses to cut the steel strip,and make the steel strip into a razor blade. Different mold can make different razor blade shape,5 strips and 9 strips are the most common model. Line 2.Forming machine:it use for warp steel wire into razor blade then wind up razor blade wire in the coil.
