Fully Automatic Chain Link Machine High Speed
Chain Link Mesh Machine is used to manufacture chain link mesh, a type of wire fencing commonly used for perimeter security in areas like parks, industrial sites, farms, and residential spaces. The machine twists wire into a diamond-shaped mesh pattern, which is known for its durability and flexibility.

The wire is taken in from the payoff stand and passed through the dies where the diamond size takes place. Different gap sized. After passing from the die the diamond pattern wire is automatically throw in the winding shaft and automatic weaving in chain link mesh as per your specific length. After weaving machine will cut that wire automatically and move for the next link
The mesh will go on to the next step----Twisted or Kunckle the edge according to your requirement. (We will give you both twisted and Kunckle mold, then you can install the right one)
The last step is roller or compact roll according to your requirement. (You can choose roller parts or compact part as your requirement; we will give you only one part)
This machine implements a human-computer operation Interface; You can adjust the work condition at the right moment; It can show the work condition and production in the time exactly; The PLC is easy to operate and easy to understand; The PLC screen can show both English and Chinese at the same time; All lines in the control box are marked with numbers, and make separate parts control block, you can easily recognize which wire control which place. So if machine has problem, then we can find the problem and solve the problem easily.
